The residence is situated right at one end of the Charle's Bridge, really convenient for sightseeing both sides of the River. Apartment #1 is a huge 2 bedroom condo with an adequately equipped kitchen minus a toaster. #6 is again a 2-bedroom but smaller. #6 is a 1-bedroom. All are clean and nicely furnished but #1 is the best.

This is a residence and not a hotel. Also it needs to have phones and maybe air-conditioniong installed to make it a 5-star accommodation.

Very nice residence in an excellent location for exploring the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We used the airport transfer service and are more than happy to recommend it. Our apartment was compact but perfectly adequate. We were provided with a fan when we realized our room did not have air conditioning.

Our room (room 5, floor 4) did not have Air conditioning, this is only in the common areas and I believe some of the more expensive rooms. Unfortunately we booked believing that it did. Also, our room did not have a view of Charles Bridge or Prague Castle, as stated. We could only see a wall (quite close) and some roof tops.

Excellent choice for Prague. Great location. We had a small appartment but sufficient for 3 day-stay. Newly refurbished with nice new kitchen and bathroom. Every day cleaning. Highly recommend in terms of location, quality and price. Little bit noisy because our appartment was facing the main pedestrian street leading to Charles Bridge but in general it is a quiet part of town at night. Would not recommend to people who are coming with a car - very difficult parking situation in the whole area, it is a historical pedestrian area.

Beautiful building and extremely clean. Large room, bath, and kitchen overlooking the Charles Bridge and a short walk to the castle. Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a residance suit in a renovated old building. Location is very good. We were given a permition card for our car to park on street.

    No aircondition.

The rooms were of amazing value compared to other cities we stayed in on our trip. The knick-knacks and curios in all the rooms kept us entertained. The kitchenette was perfect. The location was perfect. I would definitely stay there again and if anyone ever asks where to stay in Prague, I would definitely suggest the Malostranka. Nicole was very professional and helped us a lot with our planning so please pass this along from her "cousins" from her homeland - hopefully she'll remember us! Her help was much appreciated!

There was a musty smell in the entrance. This wasn't apparent in the rooms however (our family stayed in 3 separate rooms). Also, our parties got vastly different rooms for the same price. One family had the huge executive suite on the first floor. Another family had a very nice executive suite on the fourth floor. The third family was disappointed though. They paid the same price for a two-room suite on the fourth floor (even though the room was still very nice and of great value). One other thing I'd suggest is: we stayed in the large executive suite on the first floor. The curtains were too transparent - they let all the light from the street in. Now I'm being really picky here!

The apartment was very spacious and clean. We had cleaner come in and clean towels provided everyday. The staff was extremely helpful and efficient. We were particularly impressed by the staff's attending to the water heater problem at 10 pm on our first night. The apartment was in an impeccable location from which we could tour around the city on foot. The tram stop was just right outside the main entrance.

It would be good if a washing machine could be provided at the apartment.

Malostranska Residence is a gem of a secret in Prague! It is a small, relatively unknown apartment in the most ideal tourist location. As it is an apartment, it does not offer some of the services as a hotel, however everything you need is easily accessible (within a block). The apartment was very, very comfortable and stylish, and offered good Wi-Fi and satellite tv in high definition at no extra charge. There were more tourists than I expected in the immediate area, but that is because of the amazing location; a 10-minute stroll from Prague Castle, less than 2 minutes from Charles Bridge, with a tram-stop directly across the street next to Starbucks. Also there is a "Fair Taxi Stop" directly outside the front door, this is important as about half of the Taxis you see driving around Prague are illegitimate and try to over-charge tourists. The staff is very helpful, friendly, and professional and willing to cater to your every need. If you require any special accommodation, rest assured that they will find a way to make it happen. This lovely residence is "my place" for my future visits to Prague!

Some of the "hotel information" in Booked.net was inaccurate such as check-in/check-out times. I recommend contacting the hotel office via e-mail; they are very responsive and eager to accommodate you.

The location was very excellent, near to station and the center city. The staff was excellent, she help everything..from out sightseeing, taxi, money changer. The information quit good for us, we are first time to prague but we have all information what we should do at czech.

We choose executive family. The bed,the sofa, the kitchen,ac,so so excellent, so modern, we like to stay there and when we came to czech, we will choose this place again

Excellent location. Next to a tram stop; close to the Prague Castle area and lots or places to visit and eat. Spacious and clean rooms.

Must go outside the residence for breakfast. The room facing the tram stop can be noisy if windows are kept open but manageable with AC.

This was apsolutlly the best accomodation I have ever had in Prag. My apartment was beautiful, very modern, with fantastic kitchen (fridge, dish washer, toaster, tea cattle.....). New generation of lcd TV with satelite programs.....It is situated in the centar of Lesser town, a minute walk to Karlov most, trams in front of the hotel, and breakfast in the neighbouring restoran. Beds very comfortable. Truly recommended.

No air condition but a big fan is in every apartment.

Excellent stuff, very willing to help with anything. Nicely designed rooms. Very clean and cozy hotel ideal for romantic trip to Prague

    Rooms are rather small.

I stayed in an apartment on the 4th floor, with a wonderful view across the road, and the Cathedral & Prague Castle were easily viewed and are lit-up at night. The room was perfect, although I did expect a 2-bedroomed arrangement, but it was not a major issue as the rooms were so spacious and grand, full of character with a large bathroom. Ideal location to wander down to the Charles Bridge, just yards away, or even hop on a tram to hit the shops in the Wenceslas Square, the trams stopped directly opposite. A truly beautiful and unspoiled area of Prague, the staff were very obliging. Would definitely stay here again. We delighted in watching the painter, who was more of an artist, doing his renovation work. This residence was so central, but yet not too noisy.

A restaurant within the building itself would be better; I do understand improvements are in the pipeline. And a sign directly above the main door, would help, as access not immediately identifiable.

This was a lovely hotel in a perfect location. It is 2 minutes walk from the Charles Bridge and the Old Town, just a few minutes from the Castle and in the opposite direction the Jewish Quarter and its own location in Little Quarter Square is picturesque too. The hotel owner is really friendly. The rooms are spacious and ours included a kitchenette as well. There was a new restaurant and spa being built when we were there so once this is complete it will be even better.

We parked on the street at the side of the hotel and were given a voucher (which we had to pay for) which was fine, but I felt we were lucky to find such a good space and next time it might be more difficult. Our only difficulty was finding the door to the hotel when we first arrived (it's an anonymous tall wooden double door and very easy to miss).
